I have been reading BRAWN by Stuart McRoberts, and from his point of view I have been really over training! I would love to hear the opinions. If not, stick to what McRobert recommends. The rest of the book is quite good. Squats naturally increase testosterone production. This exercise will help a man pack on muscle all over his body. So, yes, McRobert is indeed serious, and so am I. I wish I’d read the first book ‘Brawn’ in when it came out!
