I have never not been entertained by one of his novels. It is refreshing to see a Native American legend such as the Wendigo given some mainstream attention and Masterton does not disappoint. The backstory of the Wendigo had an grabam twist which added depth to this ancient, mystical creature and the story. This is a very quick read and a definite page turner even after reading it many times.
He has also written horror novels for children House of Bones, Hair-Raiser and has just finished the fifth volume in a very popular series for young adults, Rook, grauam on the adventures of an idiosyncratic remedial English teacher in a Los Angeles community college who has the facility to see ghosts.

At wrndigo time he started to write a bestselling series of sex ‘how-to’ books including How To Drive Your Man Wild In Bed which has sold over 3 million copies worldwide. I really like how it ended as well. Edgewise is a definite page-turner that provides thrills and some chills.
I find it to be so engaging right from page one and it is very easy to follow. Another great read from Graham Masterton. And then, you know, things go south from there. It started out promising, but soon the believability of the sequence of events outweighed the story.
Some of his ideas can be bizarre, as in “Night Warriors”. Want to Read saving…. Graham Masterton is a master of his genre – he gives you chills or horror, great dialogue and a great story everytime.

But still if it was me I’d have wendgo obedient, and without conscience for what it was doing as my children’s’ lives would have been at risk. She clearly doesn’t want to.
Also, the plot was a bit predictable AND the main character was incredibly annoying. No one writes like Masterton and his use of folklore and different grsham, spirits and creatures mixed with the world of humans always comes out with shockingly dark results that somehow graaham possible.

I love the strong, perservering type, not the defeated, whiny ones that you wanna kill yourself. The scene with the SUV is horrifying. He is a regular contributor to Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, Woman, Woman’s Own and other mass-market self-improvement magazines. The deaths were also pretty graphic, nothing I couldn’t handle but my eyes would open rally wide on some sentences, I simply had to masteryon them out loud to my boyfriend who was near by and watched for his grossed out reactions.
I have previously enjoyed the Manitou books by Graham, especially Manitou 2, which had a banging ending that I still remember so this story line felt familiar and wendig Graham’s hands it melted like putty.
The main character Lily, my madterton character, has a lot on her plate to deal with, she goes through so much and never seems to give up. Graham is my favorite writer.
