View all 3 comments. Un style riche et magnifique pour raconter cette kamourask qui l’est un peu moins. This is the type of book I crave kamoufaska read. A nightmare, reality, depths of despair. It’s told through the thoughts of a very distressed and guilt-ridden woman, but beyond the immediate scandal, I felt little attachment to any of the characters. This is called a gothic mystery but I saw it as something more, as a woman in despair.
